DESCRIPTION: 12qt./10.5 liter horizontal
batch freezer for the production of hard ice cream, sorbet,
gelato, frozen yogurt, sherbet and Italian ice. All our
components are American made and assembled in the United States.
All contact surfaces are stainless steel and designed to
last for many years of high production. All E.T.
machines are AAA Dairy, U.L. and sanitary in accordance with
N.S.F standard #6 - 1989.
CAPACITY: 12 - 15 gallons of
premium ice cream per hour. 8 gallons of sorbet per
hour.
