DESCRIPTION: 12qt./10.5 liter horizontal batch freezer for the production of hard ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, sherbet and Italian   ice. All our components are American made and assembled in the United States. All contact surfaces are stainless steel and designed to last  for many years of high production. All E.T.  machines are AAA Dairy,  U.L. and sanitary in accordance with N.S.F standard #6 - 1989.
CAPACITY: 12 - 15 gallons of premium  ice cream  per hour. 8 gallons of sorbet per hour.

MODEL 2HCS - IOC - AIR OR WATER  DESCRIPTION: Infinite overrun control for the for controlling the air content of Gelato, sorbets and homemade ice cream.

  • NOTE: MODEL 2HSC - IOC Infinite Overrun Control which allows you to control
    the overrun (air content) of the product for the production of Artisan Gelato
    and low, medium or high overrun ice creams.
