contact surfaces are stainless steel and designed to last for many years of high ,production.
All E.T.  machines are AAA Dairy,  U.L. and sanitary in accordance with N.S.F standard #6 - 1989.

CAPACITY. 25 - 30 gallons of premium ice cream. 25 - 30 gallons of premium ice cream per hour. 15 gallons of sorbet per hour.
